Terms of use
Version 2026-10-14. You are asked to accept these the first time you sign in, and again if they change.
Who can use the portal
- The portal is for people DelaControl has invited. Your account is personal to you. Do not share it, and do not let anyone else read your sign-in codes.
- Your sign-in code goes to your work email. Keep that mailbox secure, and tell us straight away if you think someone else can read it.
- Tell us when someone leaves your organisation or stops needing access, so we can remove them.
What you can put in it
- Use the portal for engineering change requests and related work between your organisation and DelaControl.
- Only enter what the work needs. Do not put personal data in requests, comments or files beyond work names and work contact details, and never health, financial or other sensitive personal information.
- Do not upload anything unlawful, harmful or infected. Do not try to get round the limits on file types and sizes.
Confidentiality
- Everything in the portal is confidential between your organisation and DelaControl, and is covered by any confidentiality terms already agreed between us.
- People at your organisation who have portal accounts can see your organisation's requests, comments and files, including who wrote them. DelaControl staff can see all of them. Nobody outside those groups can.
- DelaControl keeps some notes about each request for internal use only. Those are never shown to you.
What a decision means
- Decisions, reasons and deadlines recorded in the portal are DelaControl's position at the time they are recorded. Any change to price, scope or contract terms is agreed separately under your contract with DelaControl.
Security, monitoring and access
- We record sign-ins and administrative actions so we can keep the portal secure and investigate problems.
- We may suspend an account if we believe it is being misused or has been compromised.
- If you spot a security problem, or think you have accessed something you should not have, tell us straight away rather than carrying on.
